At Infinity Watches LLC, every timepiece is shipped securely, fully insured, and handled with the utmost care. We use FedEx Overnight Insured Shipping to ensure your watch arrives safely and promptly.

1. Shipping Method

• All watches are shipped via FedEx Overnight Insured Shipping.
• We only ship to a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center for pickup.
• A valid photo ID and signature are required at pickup for security and verification.
• We do not ship to residential addresses, P.O. boxes, or unverified business addresses.

   

2. Shipping Timeline

• Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after:
  • Your payment has cleared, and
  • Identity verification is complete.
• You will receive a FedEx tracking number once your order ships.
• Delivery typically occurs the next business day, depending on FedEx and your pickup location.
• Delays caused by FedEx operations, weather, or holidays are beyond our control.

3. Receiving Your Watch

When picking up your package from the FedEx Office location:

1. Inspect the FedEx box carefully before leaving the counter.
2. If you notice tampering, resealing, or damage, report it immediately to the FedEx associate.
3. Take photos or a short video of the packaging if any issues are detected, and contact us at infinitywatches24@gmail.com.
4. Do not accept or open a box that appears compromised.

Once the package leaves the FedEx location with your signature, Infinity Watches LLC is no longer responsible for claims of tampering or damage.

4. Sending a Watch to Infinity Watches LLC

If you are sending a watch to us for sale, trade, or return:

• We provide a prepaid, insured FedEx Overnight shipping label for your protection.

Packing Instructions

1. Place the watch inside its original watch box.
2. Place that box inside a slightly larger protective box.
3. Place that box inside a larger outer box (triple-box method).
4. Use ample bubble wrap or padding between boxes to prevent movement.
5. Ensure accessories and paperwork do not touch the watch directly.
6. Pack tightly so nothing shifts during transit.
7. Take photos or a short video showing how the watch was packed — required for insurance claims.

Failure to follow these packing instructions may result in the shipment not being fully covered by insurance.

5. Insurance & Liability

• All shipments arranged by Infinity Watches LLC are fully insured for the declared value during transit.
• If a package is lost or damaged:
  • Notify us immediately at infinitywatches24@gmail.com.
  • We will file a claim with FedEx on your behalf.
  • Resolution depends on FedEx’s insurance investigation.

Your packing photos and documentation are required for any claim.
