At Infinity Watches LLC, every watch is carefully inspected and verified before shipment. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we provide a short inspection period to ensure accuracy and confidence in your order.

1. 5-Day Inspection & Refund Policy

You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any flaws, defects, or misinterpretation regarding your watch.

Important:

• Returns or refunds will not be accepted if you simply change your mind.
• All sourced watches or sold orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

To qualify for a return:

• The watch must be returned in the same condition as received
• All tags, stickers, accessories, and original packaging must be intact
• The watch must not be worn, sized, or altered in any way

After 5 days from delivery, all sales are final.

2. Warranty Coverage

All watches sold by Infinity Watches LLC are covered only by the manufacturer’s original warranty, if applicable.

• Any factory warranty provided by the manufacturer remains valid and must be processed through their authorized service centers.
• Watches that no longer have an active factory warranty are not covered by Infinity Watches LLC once the inspection period has passed.
• We do not provide an additional store warranty beyond the manufacturer’s terms.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Watches after the 5-day inspection period
• Watches returned due to a change of mind
• Sourced watches or previously sold orders
• Custom or special-order watches
• Final-sale or clearance items
• Watches that have been worn, damaged, or modified

4. Return Process

To request a return within the 5-day inspection period:

1. Email infinitywatches24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
3. Ship the watch back using a trackable and insured service within 24 hours of return approval.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.

5. Refunds

Once the returned watch is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds may be subject to a small restocking fee if the watch shows signs of handling.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the issue

We will review your claim and, if verified, arrange for a return, replacement, or refund.
